The Oak Knoll Property Owners’ Association was started in 1979. Its purpose is to enhance the common good and general welfare within the Oak Knoll community. Supports, financially and otherwise, local organizations and efforts that directly impact the okpoa membership, such as the Ralston Engine Co #1, the Mendham Township First Aid Squad and PBA local 402. It provides an open process by which all members of the Oak Knoll community may involve themselves in the community. To creates a vibrant socially engaged neighborhood, a neighborhood where neighbors know each other.
To accomplish this, the okpoa needs volunteers to serve as board members, committee chairs, neighborhood ambassadors, content providers, and event hosts. As you know, our board secretary Caitlan Coyle, produces an excellent monthly newsletter. If you are new to Oak Knoll, please send her a brief bio introducing yourself to the community. If you have something to share, we would be thrilled to publish it. We also have an okpoa, members only closed Facebook group, which is a great place to share information. We have a public facing website www.oakknollmendham.com/ loaded with community information, links, township & okpoa newsletters, contact information, a portal for okpoa newsletter content submission and a link to pay your okpoa annual dues.
