The Oak Knoll Property Owners’ Association (OKPOA)

Established in 1979, the Oak Knoll Property Owners’ Association (OKPOA) exists to promote the common good and overall well-being of the Oak Knoll community. Through both financial support and active engagement, OKPOA backs local organizations that directly benefit our members—including Ralston Engine Co. #1, the Mendham Township First Aid Squad, and PBA Local 402.

Our mission is to foster a vibrant, socially connected neighborhood—one where neighbors know each other, support one another, and take pride in their shared community. We maintain an open and inclusive process that encourages all Oak Knoll residents to get involved and make a difference.
To keep our community thriving, OKPOA relies on volunteers to serve in a variety of roles, including:
• Board Members
• Committee Chairs
• Neighborhood Ambassadors
• Content Contributors
• Event Hosts

Our board secretary, Caitlan Coyle, produces a fantastic monthly newsletter that keeps everyone informed and connected. If you're new to Oak Knoll, we’d love to welcome you—please send Caitlan a short bio to introduce yourself to the community. And if you have news, stories, or announcements to share, we’d be delighted to include them.
Stay Connected

We offer several ways to stay informed and engaged:
• Private Facebook Group (OKPOA Members Only): A great space to share
updates, ask questions, and connect with neighbors.
• Public Website: www.oakknollmendham.com - Here you’ll find:
• Community news and resources
• Township and OKPOA newsletters
• Contact information
• A portal to submit newsletter content
• A link to pay your annual OKPOA dues

Together, we make Oak Knoll more than just a place to live—we make it a true community.
